POLICIES

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

APPOINTMENTS

  • Appointments are highly recommended.

  • Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • No call / no show will be charged 100% of the service fee.

PAYMENTS

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due after your appointment.

  • We accept cash, card and other approved methods.

AFTERCARE

  • Keep lashes clean & dry for the first 24–48 hours.

  • Avoid steam, saunas, and heavy sweating.

  • Do not rub, pull or pick at your lashes.

  • Use only oil-free products around the eye area.

CLEAN LASHES ONLY

  • Please arrive with clean lashes.

  • Do not wear mascara, eyeliner or any eye makeup.

  • If lashes are not clean, a cleaning fee may apply or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

ETIQUETTE

  • A calm, focused environment means better results for you.

  • Minimal talking during application — movement affects precision.

  • No gum chewing or excessive movement during service.

  • Silence your phone or set to vibrate before we begin.

  • No children or additional guests in the suite.

  • Under minor age require written parental consent.

REDOS

  • Retention issues addressed within 48–72 hours of appointment.

RETENTION

  • Lash retention varies for every client.

  • Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting results.

  • Fill appointments are recommended every 2–3 weeks.

REFUNDS

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered.

  • If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours.
